Pi Network Listing on Binance? Here’s the Latest Update

The Pi Network community is eagerly awaiting an official decision from Binance after a massive show of support for the PI token’s listing. In a recent Binance community vote, held between February 17 and 27, 2025, over 87% of participants—totaling more than 232,000 votes—expressed strong interest in seeing Pi Network listed on the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange.

This vote was part of Binance’s new "Vote to List" initiative, which allows users to have a say in token listings by holding at least 0.01 BNB. The high level of participation in Pi Network’s favor has fueled speculation that a listing might be imminent. However, despite the overwhelming support, Binance has not yet confirmed whether or when it will list PI.

Why the Delay? Binance’s Official Stance

While Binance acknowledges the strong demand for PI, the exchange has emphasized that all potential listings must go through a rigorous review process. This includes examining:

  • Project quality & technology – How innovative and secure is Pi Network’s blockchain?
  • Market demand & liquidity – Does PI have a strong and sustainable user base?
  • Regulatory compliance – Are there legal concerns surrounding the project?

Some industry analysts suggest that Pi Network’s "Enclosed Mainnet" status—where the token is not yet openly tradable on external exchanges—could be a key factor causing hesitation. Until Pi Network fully unlocks external trading, Binance might be reluctant to proceed.

Despite Binance's due diligence process, Pi Network supporters have grown impatient with the lack of an official listing announcement. This frustration has spilled over onto app stores, where Binance’s mobile app has received a wave of one-star reviews from users demanding clarity on the matter.

On Google Play and the Apple App Store, many Pi enthusiasts have voiced disappointment, arguing that Binance should respect the community vote. Some supporters are even calling for a mass uninstall of the Binance app if PI isn’t listed soon.

Could "Pi Day" Be the Big Reveal?

Some within the Pi Network community believe Binance might be waiting for March 14, 2025—also known as Pi Day—to make a major announcement. Given the symbolic connection between the Pi Network name and the mathematical constant π (3.14), this date would be a fitting moment for a milestone event.

However, this is purely speculation, and Binance has not provided any hints about a potential Pi Day reveal. Until then, all eyes remain on the exchange for an official statement.

Regardless of Binance’s decision, Pi Network continues to expand its ecosystem, working toward full Mainnet migration and growing real-world adoption of its native PI token. Many in the community remain optimistic that as Pi Network progresses, top-tier exchanges like Binance will have no choice but to list PI.

For now, the Pi community waits. Will Binance listen to the community and list PI soon? Or will the uncertainty continue? Only time will tell.
