To add to the frustration, attempts to contact du’s customer support via 155 were unsuccessful during the peak of the outage.

Acknowledging the problem, du confirmed that a technical issue had affected its broadband services in several locations. Their technical team worked swiftly to diagnose and fix the disruption. By 1:22 PM, du announced that services had been restored to normal. The company also extended its appreciation to customers for their patience during the downtime.
